Ideas about this that I have read or heard over the years vary, of course.

I remember someone saying that if you read for one hour a day for one year you would be an expert at whatever subject you choose.

Others say it takes more than just reading – I would tend to agree!

One thing I’ve learned, though, is that everyone is an “expert” at something!

My friend, Pat Goldhammer, has been a mortgage originator (loan officer) for a number of years. In fact, he owned his own company at one point in time and then sold it for a nice profit. With the many changes in the lending business due to our economic downturn, Pat now is finding he is doing the kind of loans he did many years ago – “hard money” loans.

With that in mind, Pat and I are getting ready to bring his expertise to other mortgage originators throughout the country by producing information products, teleseminars and more in which Pat will share his expertise with those who need to know it!

Pat is now “America’s Hard Money Coach!”

He’s earned that title.

He knows the business.

He knows how to communicate.

I’m helping him produce the products that his niche needs.

What about you?

How can you become an expert? Or, maybe you already are!

If so, go for it!

You, too, can take what you know and turn it into a business or another branch of your current business!
